Salesforce.com is a global leader in enterprise cloud computing. It’s social and mobile cloud technologies, which include sales and CRM applications helps companies to connect with customers, partners, and employees in entirely new ways.  The project is mainly about creating the new service contract and new Entitlement (Service offering), which are used to provide support for the product which customer, bought. This application allows the business user to create new Service offering and add the service offering to the product (which they sell to customer) by creating the service contract. Service Contract on the customer account decides which level of customer service should be provided to the customer.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Analyzed customer requirements and translating them into a technical reality that is extendable and maintainable by communicating with Business users.

·  Involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) starting from Requirements Gathering and Design
