purpose of this project was to provide enhanced connectivity and automation
between the Legal e-Billing providers and SAP. Responsibilities: ●Understood
the entire Legal E-billing cycle at ASICS and developed the functional specs
for automating the Legal E-billing Payment Cycle for Mexico, Europe. ●Identified
a unique primary key in SAP, which would allow all the vendors to identify
and find out the payment status of each of their invoice distinctly. ●Worked
closely with the PI team to modify the existing jobs to transmit the data
from the vendor and transmit the reverse feed report to the vendor. ●Worked
exclusively with the ABAP team to modify the existing program in order to map
this primary key into SAP. ●Worked
with the BW team to design and generate a reverse feed report that would
enable the vendor to get the accurate payment status or the reason for
rejection if any without any manual interface. ●
Reviewed and updated Business Flow Processes to ensure applications were
meeting the objectives of the business. Changes and revisions were
