Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users with
proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of

etc. to insure field level security and/or data configuration. Design and
develop integrations between Salesforce and other applications and systems
through web services. Create and maintain documentation on application code,
use and flow, and training materials. Oversee the installation and ongoing
maintenance of third party apps, including Conga reports, Scout (inventory
app), DocuSign, and Email to Case Premium (helpdesk app). Analyze, calculate,
and improve existing code and Code Coverage. Worked with Customer Community
Portal (Training Department for customers) assisting customers with logins,
technical difficulties and training support. Manage Financial Force PSA.
Handled all upgrades with Salesforce and all Third Party applications
(majority FinancialForce.com).
Overall
responsibility for Salesforce.com administration and maintenance providing
support for data and content updates including gathering requirements and
enhancements from the Sales Teams. Assists in analyzing current business
processes and suggests improvements. Participates in the continuous process
improvement efforts related to design and programming of new functionality
within Salesforce.com. Perform administrative tasks such as creating accounts

Creates and maintains reports in Salesforce.com. Provides ongoing training

benefits, reports on a regular basis. Provides support for data entry and
updates of Salesforce.com users from across the organization. Ensures current
and accurate customer/prospect information, activities, contacts,
correspondence, and calling and campaign status in CRM. Helping with
creating procedure documents for the United Kingdom. Configured and
integrated applications into Salesforce to help with the company’s
operation/infrastructure.

company software for terminal usage. Followed company rules and regulations
pertaining to hotel policies. Provide exceptional customer service, mirroring
