·   As a Technical Lead representing Prosum, I was involved in the analysis, design and also the development phase of Live Doc system.  This system houses the various system documents describing Unocal systems and their interactions as well as allows Unocal employees to view summary information about systems such as contact information, systems department, primary business functions and system interdependencies..

·   Any kind of PC or web document that relates to a system can be stored within Live Doc, e.g. hardware description, communication diagrams, system to business function mapping, etc.

·   Allowed users to view general system information without the need to drill into specific documents and sort through them to find commonly needed pieces of information.

·   Developed the procedures for generating the XML from the Oracle database and also converting the XML into the desired format required by the application using XML Style-sheets.

·   Application was to be deployed on the intranet of Unocal, which was in Oracle Portals.

·   Front end of the application was developed utilizing Flash and the data supplied to Flash from Oracle is in XML format using XSQL utility (available in XDK) and XSLT (XML Style-sheet) and XML Generation using PL/SQL.
