application is not mobile responsive. This leads to poor customer and dealer
experience while accessing the application over mobile. To improve customer
and user experience, each existing user interface screen has to be redesigned
to make it mobile responsive as part of this project. This also involves
global roll out for multiple countries with the additional functionalities. • Redesign the
existing customer and dealer portals -to make it responsive on Mobile devices

and also special instructions. The email notification will be sent to
end customer and Business manager with the PDF attached on submission.
Customer service process the form and necessary arrangements made to pick up
the refrigerant cylinders. The application also calculates the payment
to end customer based on the number of cylinder returned, master data set up

faced –Client’s 13 Business
functions works separately having different Data model, Design and Security,
which was fine as far as there is a business specific solution developed. The
challenge came when implementing a global solution and leveraging across
multiple businesses without impacting the business processes. Another
challenge faced during the Design phase was to ensure that the Non-CRM
applications built using Force.com platform does not share the data across
the CRM Objects and vice versa, Since there were Distributors and Partners in
the hierarchy. Project #3– Pricing Registration System Pricing
Registration System helps defining Pricing policies for the products based on
market conditions and the competition. Application provides the flexibility
to Business to promote their products with the distributors based on the
market condition. The Application helps the customers to establish an
agreement with company for specific products of their interest for their
project for specific duration. The objective of the project is to enhance the
application to cater to changing business requirements and provide production
support to ensure business continuity and application stability. Duration –24 months (June 2009 – July 2011) Key
Responsibilities – · Understand the client and project requirements (both
functional and non-functional) by studying the existing documentation and
assimilating inputs from Business Analysts/SMEs and seeking clarifications,
