Managed 24/7 operations of Multi-cell site 2180+, four Lucent 5ESS Switches, 300+ fiber optic remote antenna nodes, 2 Nortel DMS long distance switches, Cisco - Juniper equipment for 3G and EVDO wireless data network, E911 MPC (Mobile Positioning Center) for emergency call routing to PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point), Tellabs 5500 DACS, TCP/IP Routers - Switches and 3 Voice Mail systems. 8 fiber POPs, 800 miles of underground fiber cable with national and international traffic.

I am also proficient in sales engineering in configuring and quoted Nortel, Avaya (Octel voice mail equipment), Data, Wireless and VoIP Systems for complex business customers.

Accomplishments

·         Provided professional engineering, consulting and design support to Sales Team. Conducted customer site visits for engineering purposes and provided presentation for sales staff and customers.
