Install and Maintain telecommunications equipment to operate Intelligent Transportation Systems hubs, CO and also updating, testing and splicing Fiber optic cables thru for the Washington State Department of Transportation. Apply added Patch Panels and Splice cases to facilitate the needs for WSDOT to monitor Highway Safety throughout Washington State. Always adhere to Blueprints, Network plans to customer satisfaction of their particular network design.

 

·         Port of Tacoma – Installed cameras and assist with Access Control and successfully rebuilt Fiber optic network with minor delay or downtime. Great feedback from Port of Tacoma Representatives.

·         City of Redmond WA – Rebuilt Outside plant from placement of Fiber Optic cable thru to the final testing of Digital Message Sign on Novelty Hill Rd project.

·         White River School district – Performed aerial splices for force relocate at intersection for new fiber run to school district offices and headquarters.

 

 

Assist Access Control department in install of Cameras, CAT5 and CAT6, pulling and installing 18-2, 22-6 electrical wire to readers, e-mag switches etc. Experienced at working fall ceilings, ISP – OSP. ·         Re-act to Emergency Response to damage fiber i.e. 144 count fiber burned in Tacoma WA. Spliced with minimal downtime to Customer and Contractor.

·         Performed Splicing and Testing on new Fiber ring for Comcast from Westin to Roosevelt through existing splice cases with success.

·         Maintain clean and organized Splice Van and equipment. Vehicle maintenance always up to date.

·         Maintain paperwork and documentation for as-built of splice locations.
