Description: Current location: Bagram, Afghanistan. Current Project:
Installation of the Bagram OSP Network Infrastructure and ISO ADN
Communications Shelters. This project is to provide a commercialized
construction/installation of Maintenance Holes, concrete encased 12-way
conduit ducting systems, installation of copper and fiber optic cables, and
ISO ADN Shelters. Among other project in Afghanistan and around the Middle
East Theater we provide a wide variety of Communications Installations such
as SCIF’s, OSP Networks to include production/installation of MH/HH’s,
conduit ducting systems, ISP Networking and installations, Radar Towers,
LSA Compounds, and many different Civil Works projects. So far with USIDC,
I have been a Project Support Manager for three large projects and Project
Manager for six other large projects.

ITT Systems
o Dates: January 2011 – April 2011
o Title/Position: Outside Plant Technician
o Brief Description: Camp Arifjan,
Kuwait. TACSWACAA Project. Install, test, repair of LAN and telephone
systems infrastructure and data circuits from the Central Office Facility
and/or the Technical Control Facility to end user hardware. Report to the
Outside Plant Lead on status of all assigned tasks, cable projects,
telephone installations, and required tools, test equipment, and materials
needed to complete assigned task. Operations and maintenance of existing
telecommunications copper and fiber systems in the CENTCOM AO(Area of
Operations) supporting, Network Enterprise Technology Command(NETCOM)/9th US Army Signal Command and it’s subordinate
units in support of OEF and OIF, to include IDF(Intermediate Distribution
Frame), x-connects, and pedestals.

InfiniTel, LLC
o Dates: August 2010 – November 2010
o Title/Position: Lead Infrastructure/Wireless
Installation Technician
o Brief Description: Installation of
Wireless and IDS Systems on Air Force Bases across the U.S. under Telos
Wireless Networking. Install network cabling (Cat 5e, 6), antenna cable
(LMR-400/600), and EMT conduit. Install and test Wireless Access Points,
Intrusion Detection Systems, radio enclosures, antennas and masts, ground
transient suppressors for external antennas, terminate and test installed
cabling, perform building penetrations with connection weatherproofing,
install patch panels in telecom closets, and assist customer with
activation of systems.

L-3 Enterprise IT Solutions
o Dates: June 2009 – April 2010
o Title/Position: Site Lead
o Brief Description: PACAF CVC
Project. Work consisted of the surveying of ManHoles, HandHoles, Utilidors,
and Pedestals. Toning of all OSP communications cables and using Trimble
GPS field handheld units to GPS all comm. paths as well as all containers.
Creating CSIR diagrams of physical layouts of all container contents to
build a new visualation component system(CVC) for the Air Force Bases.

o Brief Description: Fiber To The Home(FTTH) contracts to Rural Telephone Companies in
support of their copper-to-fiber cutovers. Premise Wiring, cat5, cat5e,
cat6, cat3, coax, fiber optics, home theater and entertainment wiring,
conduit, pbx panels, dsx panels, *911 Central Office(CO) installations,
building/leading teams, Accounting, HR, time tracking for all employees and
jobs, operating lift trucks, trouble shooting ISP/OSP, full-time travel,
hiring, firing, fiber optic splicing, OTDR testing, programming fiber
NID's, data entry, training employee's, training customers on telephone,
internet, and cable services, and trained in IT trouble shooting for
data/video NOC for each telephone company represented.

design blueprints. Direct customer interface for design customizations.
