copper based phone system to a fiber to the home system on over 40 phone exchanges for

over 10 different phone companies.

Managed a team of 10+ employees in the splicing, house wiring and cut over of entire phone

exchanges.

Performed many emergency restorations, cut over work on live circuits, trouble shooting, route

validations in various climates and conditions for various telephone companies.

Implemented and engineered design changes to new and old plant design and layouts in timely

fashion.

Performed and documented various testing & splicing, utilizing current technology equipment for

Installed, spliced and tested in central offices with fibers exceeding 5,000 ports in the patch

panels.
