is a Fiber Construction Specialist with over thirty years experience in
telecommunications construction. His fiber experience dates back to
1987 and has continued through to this day. He is a member of the original
2004 Verizon OSP Fiber Optic Construction team that successfully deployed
Fiber-To-The-Premise in Keller, TX later known as Verizon FiOS®. Thomas continued building and supporting OSP
infrastructure for Verizon FiOS® in Outside plant positions from field operations
to headquarters staff. His work included placing and splicing oversight,
