·               Evaluated new telecommunication wireline (Copper/Fiber) construction plans.  Determined project requirements (materials, methods and procedures, contractor requirements, public safety, utility and road safety requirements, estimated start to finish timeline, and recommended changes to the engineering work order prints as needed). I also verified OSP copper/fiber routes within easements and right of way.

·               When plans were finalized managed the project from the start to its completion and final billing with the goal of on time completion and within budget.
