telecommunication providers through new construction, new service deployment
and system upgrades of existing services.

and managed strategic $15M network expansion of approximately 250 miles of
fiber optic infrastructure throughout South Florida within 36 month
timeframe.

Coordinated
efforts of engineering and technical teams to execute service delivery and
system migration to roughly 300 cellular towers, which resulted in monthly
revenues of $350K.

Negotiated
rights and privileges, including easements and right of use agreements, from
private property owners to provide telecommunication infrastructure to cell

organizational flowcharts and processes with work breakdown structures to

Networks (PON) in support of voice, data, and video cabling infrastructure.

for managing simultaneous FTTH projects in excess of 2500 units, including
single family homes and multiple dwelling units (MDU) with $3.5M budget.

Coordinated
efforts between business partners, home builders, and contractors to ensure
timely delivery of triple play service to home owners.

Saved
$270K by reducing per unit capital expenses by deploying cost effective
design with savings in materials and labor, which resulted in a 30% reduction
in overall project cost.

contractor scope of work, procurement documentation, bid/vendor evaluation,
