Managed a full turnkey UMTS and NSB deployment for the south Florida market that included managing 15 separate Contracting Companies in all facets of 3G upgrade for 448 UMTS sites, directly interfaced with T-Mobile Engineering Department to ensure timely site completion, as well as adherence to company SOW and As-builds. Utilized Nokia-Flexi equipment, as well as supervised the complete RRU Install. This entailed the placement of racks, switches, routing of voice/data cables, fiber-optic cables, the splicing and terminations of fiber-optic cables as well as voice/data cat.5 cables, the installation of cat. 5 voice/data jacks, patch cables and all other associated equipment in accordance to B.I.C.S.I. standards for telecommunications field.
