Coordinate and lead the finalization of systems

splicing, (mechanical/fusion/710/MS2 modular), plant removal,

troubleshooting.

Develop Master Project Schedules, phases and work
breakdown structures (WBS) within specified scope to meet project objectives,
timelines, budgets and avoid conflicts.

Identify and define scope of work changes,
variances, revisions and modifications. Prepare cost estimates and approvals
for Change Orders and additional service requests.
Ø
Oversee, monitor and coordinate Construction
Administration, inspections, acceptance, corrections, quality assurance,
testing and certification procedures.

Facilitate the acquisition of permitting
processes, easements, right of way and encroachments. Coordinate co-location
of joint utilities and related facilities.
