§    Managed closing and merging of Alltel switches from existing MSC in Mankato, MN to Western Wireless Switch in North Dakota. Designed and recommended Network Engineering facilities (SONET, DS3, TCP/IP) within Western Wireless area of coverage and project managed cutover of new facilities for all voice related facilities from DS3 and above.
