·Managed the enterprise-wide IPv6 enablement across all product lines – Managed Services, Disaster & Recovery Services, and Cloud for both IT and infrastructure.  This included the budget, tools, software, technical education, scheduling, and network and support infrastructure needed. Presented reports to all levels of management, including “C” level. Interacted with stakeholders/customers on a regular basis.

·Managed new and lifecycle management for services and features development bringing them to market (such as infrastructure upgrades and new data storage/warehousing/SAN) – from concept (with RFI and RFP reviews) through general availability.  This included Proof of Concept evaluations, including EMC, NetApp, and other vendors with associated analyses.

·   National/International Network Services – Data Deployments 04/10-10/2012:  Successfully completed multiple large complex Data center and network infrastructure deployments including equipment, software upgrades/migrations, lifecycle projects (installations through migrations and subsequent decommissioning) (>$50M), Proof of concept, migrations, moves, and included MPLS and VPNs/LANs. They also had components of public safety infrastructure, new software releases, network infrastructure build outs (both data center and Internet equipment), specialized data center government deployment for Department of Homeland Security(MTIPS), and customer private networks.  Installations spanned both North America, Europe, and Asia.

·   National Network Services 8/08-04/10: Successfully deployed multiple diverse large customer broadband projects installs including international, all with in the framework of PMI processes, including First Office Applications.

·   Fiber to the Node (FTTN) 11/07-7/08:  Managed New Mexico OSP broadband deployment to enable FTTN.  Successfully exceeded corporate goals.
