Completed 120 + cell sites for AT&T Wireless network expansion and modernization in Illinois that includes Installation, Integration and testing of LTE Ericsson eNodeB (RBS 6601- DUL and DUS) , LTE DUL to DUS modernization, LTE 1C, 2C and 3C integration, CDNB, DAS and New Site Built (NSB) integration, Cisco SIAD scripting and testing. Analyze/compare RFDS/RNDCIQ with scripts and plumbing at site. ATT UMTS Node B Modernization – CBU to DUW conversion on Ericsson’s RBS3206/RBS3106 cabinet, LTE Ericsson DUL to DUS migration BBU consolidation and automated call testing.

Installed and Integrated 200+ Ericsson NodeB for at&t UMTS and LTE rollout (RBS 3000 and RBS 6000 BTS applying traditional and smartlaptop process on UMTS Node B cabinets (RBS 3206, RBS 3106, RBS 3518, RBS 3418 and RBS 6601 DUW and DUL). Analyze RFDS plumbing diagram to make sure that it match the physical connections/materials used and scripts. Installed and integrated numerous Cisco Router SIAD. Datalogix - Field Engineer     08/2008 – 09/2009

Successfully Integrated 100+ cell sites for T-Mobile and at&T 3G Rollout - UMTS BTS site survey & audit, commissioning, integration, call testing and troubleshooting of (Ericsson RBS 3206, RBS 3106, RBS 3518 & RBS 3018). Installed and integrated 50+ UMTS BTS (RBS 3206 and RBS 3106) and successfully resolved technical issues and completed scope of work that made launching on time.

 

Datalogix - OSP Engineer/Team Lead   01/2007 – 07/2008

Completed 100+ FTTN (Fiber-to-the-node) in AT&T South Bay Construction & Engineering – San Jose, California sites using AT&Ts database ARES (Automated Records and Engineering Services), Oracle based JAM and Telco 11i (CFAS), LFACS and MIC (Mechanized Inventory Creation). Analyze and prepares work print for FTTN Cabinets which includes field site survey for preparation of Alcatel VRAD cabinet location (52E, 52BP, 52B and ALP-248), SAI capacity (feeder and distribution binding post), aerial and underground design facilities. Pre-post VRAD, fiber cables from FAP (Fiber Access Point) via aerial and/or underground, copper cables, conduits, inner-ducts & manhole racking details in ARES & workprint, identifies the traps, splice and FTI codes to be used on each task. Analyze engineering documentation and OSP database such as Fieldview, Formtec, ARES, LFACS and MIC and prepares the design of underground and aerial cable layout, splice box details, wall to wall measurements and manhole racking details. AMERISS - Telecom Engineer   11/2000 – 12/2006

Completed over 100 Work Orders for Verizon Transport Planning & Engineering in Santa Fe Springs and Thousand Oaks, California. Central Office design of ALCATEL (Advance Services Access Manager) ASAM 7300 for DSL rollout. Provide necessary MOP (Method of Procedure) and Engineering practices. Prepare/design Transport network elements for SONET equipment (OC3, OC12 & OC48), Digital cross connect system -Titan 5500 and Adtran Integrated Access Device. Hands–on experience in multi-level platform such as Capacity Creation Process (CCP+). Performed site survey in central office for visual inspection of floor space availability with regards to network capacity growth, availability of facilities (rack mounting positions, cable rack, fiber trough, routing of cables) and DACS. Performs site surveys, field measurements, design and engineering and preparation of work orders that includes BOM, major and minor materials of network elements such as NORTEL Optera Metro 3400, Fujitsu FLM 4100 and Adtran Opti-3 for optical connectivity (OCn) to provide DS3, T3 down to T1 services.
