I
have 35 years experience related to Telecommunication Outside Plant
Engineering and Construction Project/Program Management with strong
organizational and communication skills. I work at the expert level in
designing conduit plans and profiles and have over 12 years experience
computer aided design, including OSPFM, AutoCAD, Microstation, Visio,
OPTINT and BSTCAD. I am skilled in conflict resolution, managing milestones
