·   Was responsible for CLEC, LEC.

·   Worked with RBOC's like Verizon, SBC, Century Link, and AT&T for our out of regional customers.

·   Was responsible for clearing our network and coordinating with the LEC'S creating tickets and informing the customer about ticket status and LEC progress.

·   Used INTAS for loop-back testing to POI, pulling HDSL stats for DS1's and SMAS points for DSO. If the trouble was in our network, created a ticket with our design services department.

·   Worked strictly with ATM customers.
