performing grooming on the ATM network and adds to the remote DSLAMS.

switches Cisco 2900/2951 for repair issues (ping, trace routes, interfaces,
packet loss, utilization and load balancing with IPNOC.

moves and assisted with load balancing.

assisted in turning up POP (point of presence) circuits mostly OC3when
possible but DS3's as well due to congestion.

our IMA groups. Let them know we needed more T1's or if possible pushed FTTN
and coordinated with an OST in turning the circuits up.

· Was responsible for clearing our
network and coordinating with the LEC'S creating tickets and informing the
customer about ticket status and LEC progress.

to POI, pulling HDSL stats for DS1's and SMAS points for DSO. If the trouble
was in our network, created a ticket with our design services department.

panels, switches, 110 blocks, 66 blocks, and DSX equipment, installed,
repaired, tested, and maintained all facilities within the central office.

SPECIALS, SLC and PG SYSTEMS, MUX, SMAS, D4, IOC and Ericsson Switch.

· Installed, repaired and
troubleshot all Design Service circuits (DS0 to SONET).
· Worked with Tellabs 5500 and
Tellabs 0/1 DACS.
· Used OSP-FM to determine cable
facilities and repeater locations.
· Span Crew (recovered facilities to
be used for new installed circuits remove load coils, and Bridge Tap for
conditioning spans).

included fiber and copper.
· Installed DS1's to customer
premises on initial Turn-Ups.
· Worked with T-Mobile on cell tower
turn-ups by providing DS1 or Fiber and installed all fiber equipment (FDP'S,
NIU'S and multiplexers); responsible for repairing those circuits if there
are cabling or circuit issues; also familiar with 802.11b/a/g/n standards.
· ADC, ADTRAN and WESTELL were the 3
technologies used for HICAP circuits T1T/T1R, HDSL, HDSL2, HDSL4, ISDN and
Pair Gain.
