ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·               Survey and identify the OSP routes and its potential customer connectivity.

·               Supervise OSP construction activities as per construction drawings.

·               Coordinates with subcontractor and Customer to solving the all problem on site.

·               Project implementation as per construction standards.

·               Prepare site diary as per project implementation quantity.

·               Issue site instructions to subcontractor.

·               Conduct PAT/FAT for the implemented project.

·               Check Construction /As-built BOQ and Drawings.

·               Identify the GPS coordinates for the routes, manholes and customer location.

·               Daily activities include updating drawings daily progress report.

·               Prepare all the paper works and make asbuilt Drawing according to site.

·               Prepair the BOQ and make the site diary.

·               Develop engineering specifications and follow engineering standards for assigned projects. 

·               Handle fiber verification and mapping activities. 

·               Perform construction and maintenance of OSP infrastructure according to industry standards. 
Maintain safety and security of OSP facility. 

·               Determine scope, budget and schedules for OSP projects

·               Complete the assigned projects within the defined scope and timelines. 

O&M Inspector

·  Develop mitigation and restoration procedures for emergencies conditions such as fiber damages, power failures and other disasters. 

·  Perform routine inspection of OSP networks. 

·  During cable cut I mobilize mobily contractor and providing gaudiness for finding cable cut point.

·  Check quality of work in field like GSM, FTTB, FTTH, ODF, FPP and RACK instillation.

·  Conduct MDT\TCN for final repair of damage cable.

·  Conduct handover of SNFN rout(Mobily,Bynat,ITC)

·  Supervise all the installation of ODB and MDF.

·  Supervise all the Civil and splicing work inside the main hole and inside the shelter.

· Maintain records of fiber splicing and topography.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervising and co-coordinating subcontracted service provider’s deliveries with regard to outside plant construction civil work activities like trenching,ducting, and required fiber optic installation/termination, ensuring the project is delivering on scope, cost and time;
• Monitoring, managing and reporting subcontractor’s performance against project targets;
• Organizing and performing civil work quality audits as appropriate; identify, make recommendations and follow up on improving the quality and performance of the subcontractor’s workmanship during the project rollout;
• Managing daily communication, being a point of contact for SP for queries, change requests and issue resolution in construction phase of the pilot;
• Being a primary interface with Local Authorities, SP, and customer regarding appropriate work permits, for example, Right of Way (ROW),Road Opening Licenses;
• Liaison with subcontractor’s Supply Chain and Logistics over delivery of materials;
Responsibilities on-site
installation inspection including metro/rural directional boring, handhole / manhole setting,
bore tie-ins, conduit duct proofing, fiber cable pulling/blowing for 120ct and 48ct fiber optic
cable and all related asbuilts and redlines.

Responsible for all aspects of construction inspection, asbuilts and implementation and
oversight of proper construction methods as per Sprint Underground/Aerial Fiber Optic
Construction Guidelines.
