directional bore installation of conduit and all associated hand holes and junction locations. Prepares

work prints for permitting and installation of node installations and all associated equipment. Designs

all special crossing permitting and design prints including bridge attachments, rail road crossings,

water way crossings, and highway crossings. Prepares all plans to meet or exceed customer and

permitting jurisdiction requirements. Designs fiber and splicing work prints.

Performed All Outside Plant Telephone Engineering activities including:

HiCap Design: Provided design of fiber cable and electronics required to provide high capacity

service to customers and cellular installations. Met with and negotiated with customers to determine

site preparation requirements. Developed and prepared all necessary work prints and forms.

Surveyed sites pre and post construction to ensure equipment installation follows site specifications.

Fiber Optic FTTP design: Analysis of service requirements, proper sizing of all cables, terminals,
