Successfully managed cross-functional team during implementation and Increased revenue from $250K to $750K within one year.

-           Engineered and managed installation of complete cabling systems (voice, data, and video) for Marriott’s University Lake Generation IV Springhill Suites hotel for use by the NANA Development Corp. 

-           Provided construction management for the design-build of government projects – SCIF for NSA c/o U.S. Air Force, Terrorist Screening Center for FBI, and new office space for the Smithsonian Institution.  Prepared proposals, negotiated contracts, and provided effective stakeholder management and communication throughout each project’s lifecycle. Met security requirements, successfully increased scope of each project, and achieved high customer satisfaction.

-           Performed an engineering assessment of the civil works necessary to support an underwater cable system for DISA. -           Managed the design-build of a command and control vehicle and a secure Tier II Data Center and NOC for the U.S. Marine Corps.  Provided solutions to effectively and efficiently support future growth and expansion while minimally impacting customer’s critical mission.  Completed C2 vehicle within required timeframe for use at the 2006 U.S.M.C Marathon.

-           Served as the owner’s representative for design-build of a secure space for the Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force (FTTTF), FBI. Directed all phases of the project from inception to completion, including coordination and monitoring of the schedule, costs, and performance within each aspect of the project’s lifecycle.
