- Developed a Quality Scoring Matrix with Integrated Job File Master (Excel).  Multi-use file for compiling total job material, loss calculation, cost, associated MDU / Buried data sheets, engineer quality score and unit pay forms.

Noted Accomplishment

·         Defined and developed a method for performing automated cable transfers through the use of a hand held computer (ReQWC).  Applications developed for fiber to the curb and integrated digital loop carrier systems.  Successful field trials performed in 1994 with full company implementation in 1995.  Team leader nominated for President’s Excellence Award.
