Responsible for all startup operations, including purchase of vehicles, tools, forms, find office and purchase warehouse supplies. Control of new hire process, (office admin, dispatch, warehouse, supervisors, workforce) etc. Manage all day to day operations such as, daily production, routing, customer complaints, hours, and some field issues. We provide cable T.V, High Speed Internet, and Digital Phone to customer’s homes. I have worked in many cable systems such as, Cox, Adelphia, Charter, Time Warner. Experience with Asset management, inventory control, P and L Reports.
