modulation equipment Responsible for the FiOS video architecture with the
development of the Super Headend and Video Headend concept. Responsible
for providing engineering cost, and writing the M&P’s for operating and

(FTTH). Responsible for the design and deployment of all wireless unlicensed
900 MHz and licensed 700 MHz data networks. Providing IP telephony on the
wireless network, which was a symmetrical design. Responsible for the design
of Nortex cable systems to 860MHz two way plants to offer high speed data and
VoIP. Tested several gateways that allowed IP telephony trails on the
CATV systems. These gateways are CALEA compliant and using NIDs network
interface units with battery backup the systems can be used as primary
networks for the cable customers. Redesigned the data network for more
reliability and growth. Designed and established standards for IP video over

installation of a RAD (remote access device). This approach allows the
CATV infrastructure to be the backbone for a wireless local loop
network. This project has allowed for the development of two new
patents for the optical node and the CPE equipment. Developed the
reverse path-testing plan for the CATV, passive bassband network.
Developed the network design application for Telnet in Belgium, a US WEST
joint venture. This is a full service network application that includes
CATV, local loop, and GSM wireless networks. Responsible for developing all
the requirements for an engineering department that will support all
international ventures for central engineering and design. Developed
the design requirements for digital video to be introduced at the 550 MHz to
750/860 MHz spectrums to increase the current channel line up from 75 to 500
channels. This has been designed and developed using the analog
channels from 54 MHz to 500MHz and adding digital to the remainder of the
spectrum. Engineer increasing the reverse by bonding channels 2 to 6 to
