Scrum Master (Comcast NBC Universal, Harvey Nash) 2011 –2014 Responsible for
leading teams through full SDLC of internal and vendor supported application
and hardware development / deployment to a 26 million household customer base
in a very complex and diverse structure of networks. This included
working with Executive Leadership (V.P. and S.V.P), Comcast Business Unit
Managers, and PMO to develop Business Requirements, Engineering / Development

Product Engineering and Development of multiple subscriber home gateways and
other associated network hardware which offered voice, data, video, and
internal/external Wi-Fi. These projects were from concept to deployment
and included tracking business decisions, budgets, feature requirements,
working with vendor’s foreign and domestic manufacturing partners as well as
testing and deployment to millions of subscribers. ·
End to End
Product Engineering and Development three core network platforms used by
Comcast for usage based billing. These projects were from concept to
deployment and including working with Executive, Business, Engineering and

work revolved around working with three vendors to create an integrated
platform, customized for Comcast’s network as well as serving as Scrum Master

This position began
as a quality control position during the initial launch of Verizon’s FIOS
FTTP initiative. Position quickly evolved into one of program management,
re-creating an operating departmental organization with minimal input from
