(5) work crews consisting of 80 employees plus four (4 )work site Superintendents,  one (1) Administrative Assistant and one (1) warehouse associate.  Assure Contract and state SCC regulation compliance as well as responsibility for billing, logistics and safety.  As point of contact, interface with Verizon Management to plan and track work scheduling for timely completion.  Conduct weekly safety and productivity meetings, perform performance evaluations and budget preparation.
