Fiber Designer II – Designed fiber for dedicated access, cell towers, and nodes. Improved quality and production of QC by 99%, improved the Texas Market by completing port packages that included tie points/fiber-path/hub terminations/CWDM mux where I exceeded quality by 98% and reduced the amount of re-designs coming back from construction. I took a lead role in designing fiber to cell tower that included complete and hub diversity with T-Mobile/Verizon/Sprint cell towers in the Texas market. I’m the Lead Fiber Designer on my team that handles fiber outages that I have to coordinate with construction on getting high profile sites up and running. I have knowledge and skill with CWDM/DWDM along with EPON/GPON design, very skilled in Bentley V8I/V8.5 & AutoCAD; I’m currently the Lead Designer on my team that I’ve trained multiple team members and currently strive to learn more in order to help my team out along with reaching SLA dates.
