· Engineering Spec review and routing to COE construction, Equipment;
FTTC, FTTP, CO Switch, IOF, BBE, BBC, Actelis-bonded pairs, Radio, wireless /

· Track buyer’s progress insuring Reqs are turned into PO’s. Calling

· I continuously work with other department managers reviewing resources
and load leveling the work force to insuring that material is ordered
correctly eliminating the potential for excess waist and inefficiencies
during construction and holding down expensies. We review projects for cost
savings. We had many projects with excess iron work that was ordered and we
eliminated the overage by sending field engineers to pre-field the site
before ordering the product on large projects.

· Initiated and led the merger of COE functions of the NW and CA
companies into one company West Coast Market Area. Transitioned Logistics,
Engineering, COEI, and Operations Center for the best practices to gain
maximum efficiency and productivity. There was a need to have all areas
from WA to CA functioning as cross functional teams. I created the 100
Day Plan and gained buy in from other managers that we need to function as
together so we could gain efficiencies and stream line work flow for faster
delivery of service to our customers. It was very successful.

responsible for both, Copper – Core (WCMA-NW) and FTTP (NW).

logistics and insured that Engineering produced a quality SPEC for the field.

amongst all departments (Engineering, Logistics, Project Management,
