§ Worked in all phases of
residential home construction on 1000 sq ft to 6000 sq ft homes. Also light
commercial construction. We specialized in custom-built homes. A lot of the
work was given to sub-contractors. We did our own framing, roofing and
concrete work. We also had a build it yourself division to let the
homeowner be the contractor.

§ Started as a firefighter and ended
as the department Chief. My duties were to oversee 30+ firefighter(s) on a
daily basis in emergency and non-emergency activities. Also kept
maintenance on 15 fire trucks and all department equipment. Constructed a 4
story-training tower with 2 burn rooms. Constructed a yearly budget and
kept the department to it. Ran command at all emergency scenes.
