Responsibility for acting as a liaison between the property owner/decision maker and Verizon Operations in the design and pricing of FTTP network solutions for the Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) market segment, that meet the property owner's/condominium Board's requirements while satisfying Verizon's business objectives. Providing technical support to the VEC Business Development Managers in the presentation of the FiOS value proposition and Verizon Strategic Services and Applications. Acting as subject matter expert to answer technology-related questions. Ability to understand and address industry applications, including coax access and re-use as applicable; Ability to educate the property owner/decision maker on the technical benefits of a Verizon solution and the seamlessness with which that solution may be implemented at the property. Sales Engineers will work directly with the property's personnel to present Verizon's preferred solution and to secure approval of same in a timely manner, or in the event approval cannot be secured, to work with the property representative in the design of alternative solutions that meet the parties' needs. Sales Engineers will act in a liaison role with local engineering and operations to ensure continuity among organizations, and end to end issue review and resolution.
