Engineered the design of the feeder, distribution and multiple terminal/dwelling units of the Fiber

Optics networks to Verizon residential and commercial customers per the Verizon FTTP/FTTx

engineering design methods and procedures. Performed preliminary field review for engineering

design of buried and aerial work orders to plan the placement location of the fiber distribution hub

(FDH), placement methodology, layout of new conduit paths, location of pull boxes and

distribution terminals for the new feeder and distribution networks. Negotiated Right of Way and

Permitting with local governments for design and construction of fiber optics network for Verizon.

Provided administrative and field support to outside plant construction.

distribution designs for outside field construction. Managed quality control (QC), quality assurance

Installed, repaired, maintained and provisioned high speed data lines including T1, ISDN, 64K

lines. Installed Nortel phone systems, office interconnection systems and CAT5 wiring connections.

Spliced and tested copper and fiber optic cables and network terminals. Installed, provisioned,

tested and maintained pair gain digital electronics systems for the DSL network. Installed and

repaired of all telephone lines including T1, DSL and POTS.
