▪Process all T1 service request in Verizon’s enhanced service programs Requestnet/Tirks. This is for all service request in California Region.

▪Services are DS1, DS3, FST-PKT-TLS- 1Mgb to 100 Mgb

•           Verizon systems accessed to complete the service request; AAIS, AAISDS, IDDS,

AAIS-CORE, CILLINET, TIRKS, VPLAN & PLANNET.          

•            Work with the Verizon leadership on the weekly and monthly reports.

 

VERIZON/GTE1981 - 2009

Lead Network Engineer: 2006 - 2009

 

Responsible - Lead for FIOS MDU/MTU Northern Region. Staff supports Weekly-Monthly Capital &                 Expense Reports.

 

▪Coordinated and directed several contract engineers for the Implementation of the FIOS MDU/MTU Northern directive

▪provided guidance to Section Managers, OSP engineers on all obligatory requirements
