Supervised 7 - 15 hourly employees and coordinated activities relative to all aspects of cable maintenance (trouble shooting and repair of all cable and associated wiring from the MDF through hardwire, special circuits and "T" Carrier, to the customer). Instrumental in the development and supervision of the Noise Mitigation Crew in Santa Monica.
