25-slot repeater housings at five locations. Ultimately I became involved in
"buried cable" fault locating, in charge of a two-man crew
repairing all buried cable faults in the Thousand Oaks area. During this time, I also cross trained in engineering and received an "Excellent" rating from OSP Engineer Roy Stott. Throughout my employment with GTE/Verizon, I saved the company
millions of dollars through the use of innovative methods of construction and
