·            Led the multi-disciplinary team that successfully cut over the Delaware Valley Tandem Office (1995-1996)

·   Directed deployment of the first SONET Rings in NJ

·   Refused to deploy TR-303 Switch technology despite tremendous pressure from Corporate Staff

o   Felt the Operational difficulties were not even partially thought through and deployment would have been a huge mistake

o   All other Planning Managers fell in line with this take to the question

·   Worked extremely closely with subordinates on all Tandem Cutover issues

o   It was first exposure to Switch Technology, but were the only team in Bell Atlantic to cut the Tandem over as per the original schedule
