Three-year Director-level assignment to TelecomASIA (True Corp), a Verizon investment in Bangkok, Thailand. Directed and controlled a workforce of over 1200 technicians and 100 management.  Responsible for all POTs/ Broadband DSL installation and repair, and Inside Plant and Outside Plant network construction and maintenance activities for a 2.6 million line network.
