Teksystems Inc. - Camarillo CA: 03/27/06 to 4/20/07 - Audit Specialist: Under the supervision of Verizon FTTP Contract Admin Dept, audited the invoicing of Verizon contracting companies as compared to what was completed in the field.

finalized job site readiness; consulting with customers, construction field forces and coordinating material and equipment staging and/or delivery to meet project start work

dates; informed the Engineer/Project Manager on construction progress; reviewed and

MCI WorldCom – Portland OR: 1995 to 1996 – Construction Inspector: Duties included the supervision, inspection, and the assistance in the right of way and permitting of the construction of a fiber optic network.

Various contracting companies – Northern California: 1994 to 1995 – Independent copper splicer, termination technician, and equipment installer for various contracting companies.

 

Irish Communications – Sacramento CA: 1990 to 1994 – Project Supervisor: Duties included the supervision of the installation of 14 Rolm switches at 3 node sites at the Cottle Rd IBM campus in San Jose, California; project supervision included the toning and testing, installation, and cross connecting of over 12,000 voice and data lines in 44

single and multi-tenant buildings; the cut over of 8,000 voice and data lines from Pac Bell to Rolm switching; copper cable splicing and the termination of copper cable for various other job sites.

Summery

 

In my tenure with XO Communications and Brooks Fiber Company, I oversaw the construction of over 300 miles of underground conduit systems and 500 building entrances for the placement of fiber optic cabling and equipment. This construction took place in over 24 cities. I have also designed underground conduit systems and building entrances.

 

The XO project took 5 years and over 33 million dollars to complete. I was involved in all aspects of this project, from conceptual design to public works sign off.

 

I am an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is able to work independently or as a team leader to accomplish job goals. I am goal oriented with an emphasis on quality and performance.
