                                          This position required assisting in the coordination of quality control piping systems                                                         turnover and all documentation responsibilities, in a large Baytown, Texas oil refinery.                                                          This project for ExxonMobil involved engineering and construction of a  large low                                                         sulfur Clean Fuels unit with a project value of 120 million.  The project had an                                                                       accelerated and aggressive schedule that was completed on time and within budget.

·183          Coordinate Sub Contractors performing Non-Destructive Examination (Radiograph, Magnetic Particle, Positive Metal Identification, Liquid Penetrant, and Ultrasonic Testing) activities for project.

·183          Analyze and report weekly all welding activities, reject rate and weld counts per welding process (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW) for the client and upper management for the purpose of tracking welding progress

·183          Use NEWS program as a tool to input data and coordinate the proper NDE, either random or automatic for each specific material when needed per code (B31.3), client and project specifications.
