Also worked in the Nextel NOC and Central Office as a Mobile Switching Office technician. Responsible for maintenance of DMS switch and field sites. Which includes site monitoring, equipment upgrades, and repair of equipment failures. Also equipment provisioning and troubleshooting, building new sites into the switch and network.

New sites for 2way paging, build cross connects in the Alcatel 1677, Alcatel 1630. Install cross connects for T1's and T3's at the DSX panel. Responsible for complete network, from the OMC to the field. Also coordinate drive testers for troubleshooting and testing. Provide maintenance on the Nortel DMS switch, Nortel SPME's, and Nortel S/DMSOC48 transport nodes. Responsible for test and turnup of new T1 and T3 circuits. Tested circuits using Tberd and Acterna test sets, and Net Analyst. Troubleshoot circuits with LEC on a daily basis. Performed maintenance and testing on LEC equipment. Maintenance and troubleshooting of Motorola iDEN network, and Motorola cell, ISC, and base radio's.
