Responsible for proactive monitoring, triage and escalation of circuits and equipment on the Bank of America/Legacy Merrill Lynch Network as tier 2 support, which passes $3 Trillion in Daily Traffic. I regularly interfaced directly with the internal groups and complete requests for triage problem solving / new service.
