                                    * Supervised 9 Outside Plant Contract Field Engineers and 3 Contract                         

                           Drafter’s by providing work assignments, reviewing work orders,       

                           conducting staff meetings, and approving timesheets.

                            * Approved work orders up to $25k in labor and material costs.  

* Scheduled, ran, and documented feedback for PMI meetings.

                        * Discussed and provided Cable Replacement reports for IMC meetings

                           from 1997 until 2002.

                        * Trained/evaluated 4 new Network Engineers on the day-to-day job

                           operations, from circuit design to feeder relief and subdivision planning.
                        * Worked extensively to remove the entire analog carrier in the ten 5000  

                           wire centers to provide class services.
                        * Prepared business cases for lead cable replacement funding, as well as,   

                           PMI business cases aimed at removing cable trouble from the network.
