Delivered technical expertise to the design, installation, and maintenance of broadband systems and cell phone towers for the Eastern Shore Area of New Jersey.  Managed $5,000,000 budget.  Conducted root cause analysis and developed innovative solutions to customer issues. 

·          Functioned as single point of contact for CPC, cable television (CATV), engineering, construction, and technicians in the resolution of High Capacity Communications Systems (HICAP) issues.

·          Saved $1,000,000 in labor and materials costs with the recovery and disconnection of unused equipment in the central office as well as customer locations.

Outside Plant Planner2002 – 2006

Following plant requirements planned and installed Next Generation Digital Loop Carrier (NGDLC), Fiber To The Premises (FTTP), and HICAP equipment into mid-town Manhattan central offices.  Created estimates and developed underground fiber schedules.  Assigned ports, built Extension in Use (EIUs) and installed equipment through customer controlled routing (CCR).  Ensured all projects were completed within established budget guidelines.

·          Received Vice President’s Commendation for excellent performance in Engineering and Planning for the Republican National Convention in August 2004.

·          Nominated for Verizon Excellence Award for contributions toward restoration efforts following September 11, 2001.

Outside Plant Engineer1996 – 2002

Designed the installation of the local telecommunications network, and coordinated copper and fiber placement within the Midtown Manhattan Area.  Planned, executed, and reported on original science studies using a fresh approach to resolve new problems.  Designed re-centering and re-routing of facilities as a result of scale large demolition and construction projects.
