Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. Supervised multi-ethnic international placing crew and
provided quality assurance/quality control for telecommunication/data ISP/OSP cabling
and telecom room build out including cable pathway, cabinet placement and population,
equipment installation and grounding in a six building complex. Spliced, terminated and
tested fiber optic, copper and coax cables. Member of team that built four inch x 12 duct
underground conduit system including maintenance hole and conduit placement,
conduit concrete encasement, mandrel testing, maintenance hole interior build out.
Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Member of three man surge team deployed to meet deadline
restrictions and correct deficiencies in the telecommunication/data systems for the
United States Military’s new Southwest Asia Main Communication Facility. Retained as
part of skeleton crew for 60 day turnover period. Placed, terminated and tested fiber
optic and copper ISP cables, prepared for active line cutovers, manufactured copper
cables with various pin numbers and configurations, performed quality assurance/
quality control.

placed, spliced, terminated and tested OSP fiber optic and copper telecommunication/
data cables for new telecom distribution nodes and perimeter guard towers . Member of
team that built four inch x 12 duct underground conduit system including maintenance
hole, hand hole and conduit placement, conduit concrete encasement, duct verification.
Completed engineering records updates. Built out maintenance and hand hole interiors
including racking, grounding and bonding. Performed quality assurance/quality control

four pair cables. Implemented fire protection, nurse call, wifi and audio/video systems.
Placed, terminated and tested OSP copper cables, ISP/OSP single mode and multimode
fiber optic cable. Built out telecom rooms to include cable pathway, grounding,
bonding, cabinet placement and population of cabinets with patch panels, wire
management, fiber optic interface units, 110 panels, UPS and switching equipment.

company’s Time And Title Program which allowed me to experience many different
