          Installed the Secondary Server in the Managers office.  Connected both to the Allied Telesis Switch, Pinged them off each other then called the Helpdesk to make sure they were also able to Ping.

          Installed the 2nd and 3rd work station, making sure I was able to Ping off the Primary and Secondary Servers and that the Helpdesk was also able to Ping them.

          Supervised up to 10 people in the remediation of the Carefusion 8000, 8015 PCU (Personal Care Units)

          Conducted necessary repairs and upgrades on the CareFusion 8000 and 8015PCU (Personal Care Units).  Which included opening the unit, de-soldering and removing IC chips, cleaning the pad putting the unit back together and doing a Level of Testing before letting the unit go back out to the floor.

          Open up unit check the date code on the battery board and if in between a specific range, remove and replace board.  Once the unit is reassembled perform a Level of Testing before letting the unit back out to the floor.

    Provide remote and on-site reactive service of Carefusion’s Alaris pumps and sets used in patient   care for non-invasive medical monitoring of patients and Pyxis automated dispensing systems located within hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

    Install and upgrade these systems and secondarily execute a preventative maintenance program, while following all FDA guidelines

Establish and maintain customer service relationships to ensure a long term business relationship

Responsible for the daily report of work done.  Would send reports to the customer and the home          office, ensuring they were completed daily and in a timely fashion. Also making sure the work was completed on time.

          Responsible for various nationwide fast food restaurants in upgrading and/or repairing the computers, registers, printers, headsets and monitors

          Participated in McDonald’s nationwide upgrade to NEWPOS 6.5, the latest iteration of McDonald’s proprietary POS system.  Due to the mission critical nature of POS software we performed all work after hours with little room for errors. Detailed time tracking and reporting were central to clients’ success.  A typical install required de-installation; site preparation; wiring; mounting and cabling for four 46” TV’s; network configuration for software integration; and back-office controller installation with supporting wall hardware.  Throughout the project, we met rigorous scheduling requirements and developed a process for real time, tech-level communication directly from the site
