Duties:  Placed Wireless Access Points (Aruba AP’s).  Installed Fiber and Copper Backbone cables, Single Mode and Multi Mode Fiber from the MDF out to seven IDF’s, also 100 pair cables from MDF out to each IDF’s, Installed Cabinets inside the MDF and IDFs.  Terminated Single and Multi Mode Fiber {144 strands, 72 strands, and 48 strands} on both ends with Panduit Opti-Cam   LC Connectors. Certified all Fiber terminations using a Fluke Tester and Corning OTDR{San Antonio INTL Airport}.

Terminated Copper 100 pair cable on 110 Block inside MDF and each IDF. Tested and certified each Copper 100 pair for Wire Map, Resistance, and Length and horizontal cabling Cat. 6 Terminations on patch panels/station side and Testing Coax for (CATV).Updated documents and blue prints, cut sheets and test results.

Duties: Performed line verification on existing single line and multiline circuits; Traced out and trouble shoots jumpers, also replace jumpers between blocks: From the switch end (DMS-100/200 Local Switch) Lens side to the Cable pair side of the frame. Utilized wire wrapping gun daily placed new jumpers per cut sheet for new lens and new cable pairs. Also removed old existing jumpers after cut over and demo old cable 25Pr from existing switch.
