Installed and maintained fiber optic cable, worked contracts for Harris County to build their entire fiber matrix around Beltway 8.

Maintained Houston Transtar cameras, traffic signal cameras. Installed risers for aerial cable, new camera installation and troubleshooting.

Performed site surveys with customers, generated material lists and prepared quotes.

Last three years to current I have been working a City Of Houston contract, mac orders, new installs voice, data, fiber. D-marc extensions for T-1. Managed major cabling project for Houston Emergency Center (911). Houston Police Department, main data center build out.

Providing prompt decision making as well as cost effective changes to the managing of Logistics, procurement, organizing food servicing, airport and all round-trip transportation daily for 500  contractors per The Port of San Diego, CA. and TWIC requirements, organized escort service to/from the port, hotel lodging. Price compared leasing heavy equipment and machinery, submitted price quotes for leases to client, (General Dynamics), ensured all leased equipment and machinery was delivered on schedule. Performed inspections of leased equipment and machinery upon delivery to ensure it was delivered within the operating standards of OSHA and General Dynamic's requirements. Operations manager, ensured time lines were met without delays, managed the hiring of all temporary employees from multiple staffing agencies and supervised their day-to-day tasks.
