Infrastructure tech responsible for all installation (CR) and troubleshooting (TT) using Remedy program system of multiple networks of data communications at HQ USSOCOM; installed Cisco equipment for MILCON stand-up of two new HQ buildings with all cable connections (to include fiber) from Layer Three in the Datacenter to each comms rooms; installed Cisco equipment and cabling in four comms rooms during stand-up of off-site facility; worked fiber consolidation converts (SC to LC fiber connectors) for multiple networks within HQ Datacenter; prioritized & pre-coordinated infrastructure support as well as network connectivity for system installs and relocations to include set-up, configuration, & hardware / software troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, and preventative maintenance for switches as well as multiple makes of IT equipment (Desktop PC, Desktop VTC, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices).  Responsible for lifecycle replacements of computer equipment and peripherals, inventory and accountability procedures to include warranty parts replacement from vendors.  Conduct desk side customer assistance to include computer operations and software usage.

Primary field services engineer for implementation of a 450 site, national ATM network.  Equipment used: Cisco 19XX, 26XX, 36XX, 72XX, 53XX series routers & MGX, BPX switches. Plan and coordinate field visits; develop drawings, established customer contacts, ship equipment and necessary tools.  Develop and maintain Visio drawings of core and region sites; as well as inventory and warehousing of equipment.  Install and perform troubleshooting on DS1 and DS3 circuits nationwide.
