·         Monitored the installation and performed quality inspections of travel trailers and mobile homes prior to occupancy by disaster victims on both residential and commercial sites.

·         Pre-surveyed locations to asses their viability of becoming mobile home sites, the possible number of mobile homes and drew up the best scenario configuration for same. 

·         Supervised construction contractor’s quality performance as to the setting, blocking, anchoring, electrical, sewer and potable water and HVAC connections for these types of temporary housing. 

·         Developed punch lists, interfaced with FEMA inspectors and monitored contractor repairs as mandated by Fluor, the State of Louisiana and Federal specs and code.

·         Completed all required F.E.M.A. paper work per housing unit.

·         Certified to and tested for gas leaks throughout F.E.M.A. travel trailers fitted with liquid propane gas.

·         Managed company inventory, the pick-up and delivery of tools and material to central office job site.  Played an integral part in the timely development of the On-Line Communications company from a 13 installer operation to a 70 plus employee operation the day that I resigned.
