CONSTRUCTION:

*         Over 15 years Conducting Environmental, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC), Fire Suppression, Grounding, DC Power Plants and ISP/OSP infrastructure Inspections during the construction and deployment of Self Supporting Towers, Monopoles, Rooftop, Water Tank, PTP/PMP Microwave, Lucent 5ESS Switches and POP Telecommunication structures and facilities, Large venue neutral host DAS networks.

*         Coordinated and conducted Bid, Pre-Construction, Punch and Final Inspection/Turn Over acceptance walks before, during and after the construction and deployment of Telecommunication Facilities.

*         Developed, Designed and Deployed Multiple tier 1 and 2 market Wireless Telecommunication Network facilities including Lucent 5ESS Switches, Hubs and Customer Sites for Winstar Communications and XO Communications.

*         Prepared and Submitted SEPA, Zoning and Building Permit Applications to Municipalities and Historical Landmark boards in accordance with Zoning Ordinances, Local and National Building and Electrical codes and ANSI EIA/TIA standards.

*         Designed, Developed and Managed the Installation of ISP/OSP cabling infrastructures in accordance with BICSI Standards, ANSI EIA/TIA Standards and the National Electric Code including:  Horizontal and Vertical Risers, MDF/IDF installations, Trenching, Directional Boring, Manhole/Hand hole installation and Pole to Pole Aerial.

 

DRAFTING / DESIGN:

*         Over 15 years working with CAD Software packages: AutoCAD R12-2006, CADKEY, Microstation, Unigraphics, SOFTDESK /AUTODESK MODULES and Visio 4, 5, 2000 and 2003.

*         Drafted Maps and Environmental Project Layouts based on Survey Data, U.S.G. Aerial Photo’s and Tax Maps.

Title: Market Project Manager (Pacific Northwest).

Project Duration: 8/2011-3/2012

 

Responsibilities: Developed, Engineered and Constructed ISP fiber backhaul CORE infrastructures to accommodate additional Cell Carrier optical transport requirements for 4G LTE launches. 

 

1.Managed day to day operations for FNC and acted as the single point of contact for the Pacific Northwest region.

2.Conducted site surveys of CenturyLink central office facilities to determine site specific scope of work, BOM’s.  This included assessments for feasibility/constructability of existing fiber optics transport equipment, space for new Fujitsu Node installations.
