Electronics & Telecommunication technocrat with vast experience of 9 Years in Project Management / Rollout (Mainly involved with Bharti, BSNL Phase-5, Reliance, MTS, PGCIL, Aircel, VIOM, AXIS, HCPT & MQM FTTH Projects), Planning, defining targets & coordinating with various teams, customers & venders. Managing the complete range of project activities right from conceptualization, site survey, system design, equipment selection, installation & testing. Project Management & Rollout:

 

Ü       Managing the complete range of project activities right from conceptualization, site survey, design, equipment’s selection for installation, commissioning, testing, Acceptance, MIS reporting, operation & optimization for BTS sites, BSC, RNC, HUB sites, Data centers( MSC,MGW,HLR etc.), FTTH network & Energy Renewable.

Ü       Carrying out advance planning for defining monthly targets, manpower deployment, and resource mobilization and supporting infrastructure for ensuring the execution of projects within time, cost & budgetary parameters.

Ü       Present periodic Dashboard reports on the current program, future opportunities and client issues.

Ü       Steering project management activities, responsible for monitoring on-site activities and final execution of projects.

Ü       Work with Product team & procurement team for finalizing the BOQ with respect to the customer’s requirement.

Ü       Successfully roll outs various Turnkey project

Ü       Experience in establishing large scale roll outs for a Telecom Company. 

Ü       Have apt knowledge and process oriented in managing such projects 

Ü       Capability to handle multiple vendors - both Supplies & Services

Ü       Adhere to and promote the environmental, health & safety policies.

 

Installation and Commissioning:

 

1.       BTS/Cell sites:

Ü       Supervision of civil work on site for site layout, marking, tower foundation, shelter foundation, DG foundation & Boundary wall.

Ü       Planning, material preparation, Supervision & acceptance of Tower erection, Shelter Erection.

Ü       Conducting site survey, Planning, Material preparation, Installation, Power-ON, Commissioning , Testing & Acceptance of Passive Electrical items (EBDP, ACDB, AMF, ATS, PIU, SMPS/DC power Plant, Battery Bank (100AH – 600AH) , DG (5KVA- 30KVA), Air conditioner, Smoke Detector, IGB, EGB, Earthing, KRONE alarm Box etc.)

Ü       BTS Installation, Hardware check, E1 termination, Power Tap, commissioning, Integration & Acceptance.

Ü       BTS configuration & run script using LMT

Ü       Support for Selection of Electrical equipment’s ratings, DC power cables using Power calculation tools.

Ü       Survey of Solar sites using SOLAR SUN EYE tools & check the feasibility of solar sites.

Ü       Effective implantation of OPEX saving schemes by adopting the different methods of effective utilization of Hybrid solar power Solution.

 

2.       BSC/MSC/Data center sites:

Ü       Planning, Survey, Layout Designing using AutoCAD, material preparation, Supervision & acceptance of EBDP, High Voltage AC power, ACDB, high rating DG, Battery Bank, DC Power plant, perforated floor, Precision Air conditioner ( 10 ton to 50 ton), CCTV, security system, access system, lighting, DCDB, UPS, Inverter, Fire protection system, EMS(Environment Monitoring system), Civil work, Fireproof wall.

Ü       Installation, Power tapping, Power ON, commissioning & supervision of core equipment’s (BSC, MSC, MGW, HLR, PE router, CG, M2000 server, etc.)

Ü       Planning & rollout of Bits CLOCK for synchronize network using SDH.

 

3.       OSP / ISP/ FTTX / FTTH / GPON exposure:

Ü       Planning, Survey, Network Designing using AutoCAD, material preparation, Supervision & acceptance of Feeder section as well as Distribution section for FTTH ( VOIP, HD-IPTV, High speed Internet) network

Ü       Feeder section: OLT, FDT (Fiber distribution Terminal, Aerial/ Underground cable, Closure, Manhole, Pole with installation accessories etc.

Ü       Distribution section: FAT (Fiber access Terminal, Aerial/ Underground cable, Manhole, Pole with installation accessories etc.

Ü       Civil work (HDD, moiling, open trenching) for FTTH, OSP routes

Ü       HDPE laying & DIT (Duct Integration Test)

Ü       Splicing & Termination of OFC

Ü       Optical Power Meter (OPM) & OTDR testing and analysis

 

Managed Services:

 

Ü       Planning and affecting the preventive maintenance schedules of various telecom equipment’s.

Ü       Arrange technical support to team members / clients for resolving critical technical issues.

Ü       Submitting field technical complaints, analysis reports.

Ü       Identifying performance bottlenecks and taking adequate measures to rectify faults.

 

Training & Development:

 

Ü       Identifying training needs of employees for upgrading their Technical skills.

Ü       Organizing & conducting training and development programs as Trainer.

Ü       Currently looking after Bharti Infratel solar Project for MPCG circle as Implementation Manager.

Ü       Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, enforcing HUAWEI’s project standards while minimizing company exposure to development and installation risks

Ü       Verify the survey report for solar feasibility as well as site power consumption.

Ü       Material Quality Inspection of Vendors before dispatch & incase supplied is not as per Quality then pushing Supplier to replace it.
